Chromatic pacification, non-infantilization of spaces and valorization of the architectural characteristics of each building, have been the general objectives that the Consorci d’Educació de Barcelona has indicated to us for the painting and coating project of several public schools in our city. We have been in charge of selecting specifically, in each school, color ranges and coatings, to then decide how to apply them in each space. It has been a really important opportunity to be able to generate new architectural perceptions showing such basic elements that would normally be considered exclusively for the ordinary maintenance of buildings.
